New to the Instant Pot. Purchased a 6 qt Ultra but used it for the first time this weekend on a camping trip. Made chicken and dumplings on Friday and Corned Beef and Cabbage today for St. Patrick’s Day. Both were amazing! My husband was a huge fan! It was so easy to use and clean up was a breeze. I am a total convert and can’t wait to try more recipes.
